Every new account, regardless of the plan chosen, receives 60 free minutes of AI voice processing. This allows you to test the system in your actual environment. These minutes are automatically applied, and you won't be charged until you exceed this limit. For the Freemium Integration and Monthly Subscription plans, this is included as a one-time onboarding bonus. For the Pay As You Go plan, billing starts only after the 60th minute.
Our AI is powered by advanced LLMs (like Gemini 2.5 Flash) trained extensively on diverse global accents and regional dialects. It features native multilingual support (English, Hindi, Marathi, Hinglish, Kannada, and Gujarati) and automatically detects and switches to the caller's preferred language. If a severe misunderstanding occurs, the AI is programmed to politely ask for clarification or seamlessly route the call to a human receptionist.
Our standard integration—which includes connecting to your existing PBX/telephony system and mapping basic API hooks to your EMR—typically takes 3 to 5 business days. The exact timeframe can vary depending on the complexity of your EMR system (e.g., legacy on-premise systems vs. modern cloud APIs) and specific workflow requirements. During this time, our engineers handle everything.
The ₹4,999 integration fee is a strict ONE-TIME charge. This covers the engineering hours required to set up your dedicated database bridge, configure the telephony routing, and test the AI against your specific workflows. After this one-time fee, you either pay the monthly subscription or standard consumption rates, depending on your chosen plan.
