Multilingual voice AI that handles inbound/outbound calls, performs triage, and schedules appointments

Dashboard & Analytics

Real-time call monitoring, transcript review, usage analytics, and performance reporting

System Integrations

Direct EMR, POS, and database connectivity via our proprietary Direct DB Bridge

Call Management

Call logging, recording, transcription, and automated action execution

3. Account Registration

To access our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and update your account information as needed
Keep your password confidential and secure
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pricing and Payment

Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls

Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the platform

Use the Services to harass or threaten others

Violate any third-party rights or intellectual property

Exceed your allocated usage limits without authorization

Resell or redistribute the Services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

forge8 and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including:

All AI models, algorithms, and machine learning systems
Software code, APIs, and technical infrastructure
Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
Documentation, training materials, and content

You retain ownership of your data. By using our Services, you grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 AI Accuracy Disclaimer

While our AI strives for high accuracy, voice recognition and natural language processing may produce errors. forge8 is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs. Healthcare providers should verify critical information independently.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, forge8 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services. Either party may terminate:

By You

At any time by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion

By forge8

For material breach, non-payment, or if required by law, with reasonable notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless forge8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
